Credit Card Charges/Credits

Your credit card/debit card is not charged at the placement of an order. It is simply authorized and verified until we approve it. If you are using a bank debit card you will see the funds on hold. This is done for the approval only!!

Credits

Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles. (Applicable only if we have your credit card number!)


Shipping

If you order $100 (USD) or more in stuff, your ground shipping to the U.S. is FREE!
Only the cost of merchandise, as shown in the cart, is considered in this calculation - tax and other fees don't count when we're determining if you're into the $100+ range. Oversize items may still require a separate shipping fee. Your entire order must be shipped to one address only.

Your order will ship within 2 business days unless you choose overnight shipping. The overnight packages will go out that business day if the order is received before 5:30pm Eastern time. There are no exceptions unless you contact us via a phone call and we make special arrangements with you.  Phone messages and emails will not serve as an expedited package request as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get to them immediately.

We try our very best to get the products shipped in a timely fashion however, we are riders as well and want to get out and be involved in the riding community so this will delay some delivery times.  We will do our best to ensure that our customers are notified of our planned absences as soon as possible. In some cases this may not be possible due to emergencies that are out of our control. All special orders are paid in full up front and are not refundable unless the product is damaged direct from the factory.  Many obstacles effect shipping times such as supplier responses, peek purchasing months, and shipping company delays. Please be patient and work with us and we'll do our best to get the products to you quickly.

International Shipping

While we gladly accept international orders, once the package leaves the US it is completely out of our control and we are not healed responsible if the package does not arrive. We will provide proof of shipment via a tracking number. We cannot guarantee delivery times! We do ship everything promptly however security and customs agencies can be overwhelmed which will greatly affect the arrival of your package. Please be patient and we will do our absolute best to get your goods to you as soon as possible. We only use USPS Global Express to ship internationally. It has true tracking and gets there quickly (in most cases) Please email us for a quote on international shipping.


Returns Policy

NO RETURNS AFTER 30 days!!

All returns must be in original re saleable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

There is a 10% restocking fee that is charged for each return unless the product is damaged upon delivery to you. Please take the time to investigate the part you will need for your bike and the correct sizing of riding gear. We will help you the best we can to prevent returns however it costs us on credit card fees on the back end as well.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging.  All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. Brap Offroad LLC. inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.

These terms are for sales made directly by Brap Offroad LLC. If product is purchased through our dealer network, return authorization must come through the dealer at which the product was purchased.

Do not return items without notifying us first.  Items arriving here without return authorization will be refused and returned at customer's expense.

We offer returns on "new" products, not used and abused items. You must return the product in the original box/container UNOPENED.  We issue credit to the original credit card used or by company check. Do not attempt to return used items, we don't want them back.

NOTICE:  Ask questions before you buy, do some research, and make an educated purchase.  Once you purchase the product, it's yours. Unfortunately we cannot supply "demo" units.

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

Obtain a Return Authorization within 10 days please email us the following information:
Name of product being returned
Reason for return
Your name
Daytime telephone number
E-mail address
Proof of Purchase (Order number)

Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging.  All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method.
